About

I have 15 years of professional experience of Community and Participatory Arts specialising in Drama and Music, in a variety of contexts with people of varying abilities. I am currently founding director of an inclusive theatre school called Perthformance.

My main passion is working in an educational community context; directing, facilitating, and teaching, although I also work in directing professional theatre. I am experienced in planning and leading specifically tailored arts programmes.

In the last few years I have developed a particular interest in the experience of people with Additional Support Needs in the Arts. I am especially interested in sensory theatre and I am currently undertaking a Masters at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland focussing in this area. My goal is to ensure accessibility to the arts for all, in both participation and audience engagement.
